The cityscape painting for my older brother is finally complete - a few years later.
I ended up doing the bottom "water" part with a painting knife. It was my first real experience painting with a knife, and let me tell you: it's tricky business. But it was well worth it in the end :)

I have a fantastic view of the city from my living room window and have been wanting to do a cityscape myself. I just don't know where to start.
