New Painting: La Petite Forest

I painted this awhile ago, but I just never got around to posting it. So, since it was really sunny out (my scanner is at work, where I am not), I decided to take some photos of it. I really like it, and I have some ideas to do some pieces that are similar to it.

La Petite Forest

The inspiration: I lived in the country all my life, in a bilingual community. So I was constantly surrounded by tons of trees, and by people using English and French interchangeably. This is the result of that childhood influence: a forest of cute little trees, with a title that is both French and English.
