There has been
tons of dandelions this spring, and so I couldn't resist painting them! On my last trip down to Paisley, James hometown, we passed so many fields that were just yellow with dandelions. Even though they're 'just a weed' - it was gorgeous! And it's now
for sale in my shop :)
I took the opportunity when creating this painting to try my hand at 'wrapping' my painting around the edges, instead of painting them black like I usually do. The results -
love it! I wish I had attempted this so much sooner since the results are stunning!

Also, as a treat - I have a few progress picture to show you! I wish I had taken more, but once paint starts hitting canvas, I lose track of time and everything else that I should be doing. Enjoy :)

I am impressed what a good idea taking a few shots. Me I can't draw a recognisable matchstick man. But take great pleasure in others who can. Good job
ahem that sounded like I take pleasure in people who draw matchstcik men and sorry that's not quite what I meant.:)
It's beautiful!
Gasp! Love!
I love it! It looks so wonderful wrapped around the edge.
